Come refill your cup. Spend an afternoon nourishing and replenishing on all levels~ mind and body, heart and soul~ with ceremonial and seasonal tea drinking, meditation and breathing practices, sacred rose oil facial self-massage, guided energy healing practice, acu-points and essential oils for balancing and healing for Spring (with beautiful readings from Lorie Eve Dechar and others), connecting with our creative spirit through visioning and art-making, and time in the garden connecting with plant allies. Learn tools for spring cleansing and nourishing on all levels, loving your Liver, and engaging with stress in ways that promote health, vitality, and joy. We will also have time for journaling and deep rest, and send you home with a rosemary blessing. Light snacks and teas will be provided. We will be both indoors and outdoors; masks are optional.
